Returns/Chargeback Policy

Effective Summer 2005, we no longer accept full price returns of our coursepacks.

We issue Royalty Rebates on those coursepacks that include Royalty Fees in the net price. Each invoice will detail the Royalty Fee to let you know the portion that is eligible for a rebate.

Example: You purchase ten copies of a title whose net price is $18, it contains a $10 Royalty Fee, and you have five left at the end of the semester. If you return the five copies, we will issue you a Credit Memo for a royalty Rebate of $50 (5 copies x $10 Royalty Fee).

These rebates are credits toward future purchases. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

The only exception will be the Premium Source Publishing Partner Bookstores. There are times when we partner with a bookstore to provide coursepack services at a particular campus. There will be no more than one Partner Bookstore per campus. In addition to designating Premium Source as the preferred custom publisher and coursepack printer, these stores actively market our services on their campuses and have designated representatives that act as faculty contacts. They handle the receipt and delivery of masters, and deliver instructor copies for us. Each Premium Source Publishing Partner Bookstore will have their own Returns Policy in writing, based on the volume of business and the level of service they provide to their faculty on our behalf.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURNS REQUEST:

**Important** We must receive returns request within 45 days of the term start date.

We will reply, letting you know which titles are eligible for the Rebate, and provide you with the total amount of the rebate. When you return the books, we will issue a Credit for the total eligible amount, to be used toward future invoices.
